As the Founder of Bee Formless, my 25 years of experience in the Communications and Advertising industry, spanning Businesses, Leadership, Teams, and Partnerships both locally and globally, led to a transformative realisation: the old world of 'hustle and survival' is unsustainable.
In 2022, driven by severe burnout, I embarked on a mission to reshape myself, then the corporate world, embracing a new way of living, thinking, feeling, and operating, encapsulated in Bee Formless.
With a fresh perspective, I founded Bee Formless to trailblaze a new way to optimally thrive in life and business, drawing on insights from my lived experiences and the latest research and training in Subtractive Psychology, Neuroscience and Flow.
I am committed to creating a positive impact in the 21st century. In this ever evolving world, I believe that everyone has the potential to redefine success, optimally thrive, and embrace a High Flow Lifestyle.
